Health

Since I posted today about freedom and the reasons for rejecting universal health care, it's only fitting to follow up with some personal
health findings.
It's been almost a year since I've had any form of pharmacy drug, including tylenol. After years of suffering from migranes, lack of energy and neck stiffness I am happy to say the symptoms have been reversed.
It all started last year when any form of food was a painful ordeal and the doctor wanted to remove my gall bladder. I did what I always do on such occasion, research backwards, forwards and inside out. What I found was our organs are put there for a reason and shouldn't be removed unless absolutely necessary. I also learned gall bladder problems meant liver problems, and liver problems are the starting point for many other ailments, including colon cancer. While I am no doctor and would never consider telling others what to do, it never hurts to explore all options.

Alternative medicines, herbs, are healthier, safer, effective and far less costly than our current mainstream cures. It's my opinion that herbal remedies should be the first stop when it comes to one's health.
